We begin with the mould preparation process that mirrors what your pool will look like with a high gloss finish. We use low styrene emission resin for a reduced environmental impact that adheres to Australian standards. Our gel coat application achieves your desired colour, finish and thickness of your pool. Our vinyl ester application provides a double barrier against osmosis, protecting the future quality of your pool. Our final process of fibreglass re-lamination over two layers provides a thick structure that we know is tried and tested.
